Pudinaa Shipping Policy

At Pudinaa, we strive to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience for all your orders. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process, fulfill, and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders placed on pudinaa.in are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of the items purchased, shipping address, and tracking information (if applicable).

2. Order Tracking

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order status on the courier’s website or through your Pudinaa account.

  • Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the courier system.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Pudinaa currently ships only to addresses within India.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside India.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • In the unlikely event that your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at pudinaaclothing@gmail.com or +91-9650938668.

  • For lost or damaged shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • For delays due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues, Pudinaa will make reasonable efforts to update you but is not liable for delayed delivery.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate and complete at the time of order.

  • Pudinaa is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, you may be required to cover additional shipping charges to resend the order.

6. Multiple Orders & Combined Shipping

  • If you place multiple orders, each order may be processed and shipped separately, depending on stock availability.

  • If items are shipped together, shipping times may be adjusted to accommodate all items.

7. International Shipping (Future Expansion)

  • Currently, Pudinaa does not ship internationally.

  • If international shipping is enabled in the future, separate terms, charges, and delivery timelines will be provided.
